My brother is currently studying abroad in Vienna, trying to soak up the culture while spending as little money as possible. It’s a difficult task – I awoke today to learn that the dollar is at a new all time low against the Euro. I’m heading over there myself for a trip this July…peak season, no less. In order to minimize the damage, I’ve been looking for Europe travel tips.
